Scholarships & Applications

The Lancaster Scholarship Foundation awards numerous scholarships each year to graduating seniors of Lancaster, Wisconsin, High School. Each scholarship has defined criteria and a specific application form.

You may download a general list of all scholarships with emphasis of consideration. Each application requires supporting documentation, so please read the requirements carefully.

All application packets are due by April 2.

Scholarship Application Instructions:

  • Please use ink (not pencil) when completing the application form and for any supplemental information.
  • Please print and/or write on one side of the paper only.
  • Printed Application Forms: Please download, print as single-sided copy, and complete the application form. Return the completed application along with your letters of reference and supporting documents to the Lancaster High School Guidance Counselor’s office. All papers in the application packet should be printed as single-sided documents.
  • Fillable PDF Application Forms: Please download and save the Fillable Application Form. Using an up-to-date PDF program, complete the form fields and save the form. Additional information (beyond the space allowed on the form) may be submitted on a separate document. All handwriting should be in ink (not pencil), and write on one side of paper only.
    • You may print the completed form and submit it with your supporting documents to the Lancaster High School Guidance Counselor’s office. All papers in the application packet should be single-sided only.

    • You may email the application form and your supporting documents to Mr. Tom Hughey, Lancaster High School Guidance Counselor.

Please submit the completed application form and all required supporting documentation in one packet. All handwriting should be in ink and all papers in the application packet should be single-sided documents. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Mr. Hughey, Guidance Counselor.
